Ļć½¶Šć Dining serves more than 22,000 meals daily to students, faculty, and guests. With so many palates to please, our chefs and culinarians recognize the importance of continuing to introduce diverse and delicious dishes to our menus. Through our culinary innovation program, Ļć½¶Šć Dining is committed to delivering fresh flavors, creative recipes, and engaging events to the entire Ļć½¶Šć community.
From Test Kitchen to Your Plate
Our FRESH to Table programālaunched in 2017āhosts educational cooking demonstrations with producers and chefs that introduce new menu items and promote healthy, regional, socially just, and sustainable food choices.
We regularly stage themed culinary showcases that feature dishes from different countries and cultures. To offer students an opportunity for indulgence, we host experiential pop-up events throughout the year. The Ļć½¶Šć Test Kitchen accepts recipe suggestions, experiments with new dishes, and incorporates diner feedback.

Discover the Ļć½¶Šć Bakery
Ļć½¶Šć Dining Services has always produced its baked goods through our in-house bakery. The bakery is located on Middle Campus behind Eagle's Nest.
Executive Pastry Chef Tim Fonseca improves existing recipes, creates new recipes, and increases awareness of the bakery.
The Ļć½¶Šć bakery provides a huge variety of desserts every day for all of our on-campus catered events.
