Welcome to the Student Services Monthly Checklist!

Highlights for December: course evaluations and the end of the fall semester.

The Office of Student Services would like to wish students and their families a happy and healthy winter break.

Action Items

Complete course evaluations.

Course evaluations (except for Law students) will be open from December 5 to December 19.

Students (except for Law) who complete all of their evaluations will have access to their grades beginning December 8. Please complete your course evaluations by the deadline. Visit theÌýCourse EvaluationsÌýpage for more information.

Review your final exam schedule.

Students should review their individual exam schedules in the Agora Portal under theÌý ±ô¾±²Ô°ì.Ìý

Final Exams usually meet in the classroom in which the course is taught but not always. Please ensure that you check your exam date, time, and location carefully.

Note the withdrawal deadline.

The last date to withdraw from a fall course with a "W" or to withdraw from the University is Wednesday, December 3. The Course Withdrawal Form is available on the Academic Forms page.

Graduating in December? Verify your diploma name.

December 1 is the last date for all students graduating in December 2025 to verify their diploma names online.ÌýTo confirm your diploma name and mailing address, log into the and select "Verify Diploma Information" under "Account and Personal Info."

Note: If you are off campus, you will need to be connected to Eagle VPN to complete this action.

The Mid-year Graduation and Baccalaureate Mass will take place at the St. Ignatius Church onÌýTuesday, December 9, 2025Ìýat 4 p.m. (reception immediately following in the Heights Room at Corcoran Commons).

Diplomas will be mailed to the address on file starting mid-January.

Note the thesis and dissertation deadline (master's and doctoral students).

December 1 is the deadline for master's and doctoral candidates to submit signed and approved copies of theses and dissertations for December 2025 graduation.

Mark the spring bill due date on your calendars.

Students and authorized payers received an email from Student Services with their tuition and fees bill for the spring semester.

Spring semester bills for undergraduate and law students are due on December 9.ÌýSpring semester bills for graduate and Woods College students are due on January 16.

Enroll in QuikPAY Payment Plan (undergraduate and Law students).

Enrollment for the spring semester only plan began on September 5. The deadline to enroll is December 9. For more information, visit www.bc.edu/qppp.

Undergraduate day students, interested in taking a course at WCAS?

Undergraduate seniors in MCAS, CSOM, LSEHD, or CSON who want toÌýregisterÌýfor a spring 2026 course in the WCAS can do so beginning Wednesday, January 7, 2026 at 9 a.m. for a limited number of seats.

On Thursday, January 8, 2026 at 9 a.m., sophomores, juniors, and seniors in MCAS, CSOM, LSEHD, or CSON, as well as WCAS students, will be eligible toÌýregisterÌýfor any unclaimed seat.

First-year students areÌýnot eligible to take WCAS courses. All other students are allowed to enroll in just one WCAS course per term. For more information, including restrictions, visit theÌýUndergraduate RegistrationÌýpage.

Waive medical insurance (if applicable).

To waive spring medical insurance, go toÌýwww.bc.edu/medinsuranceÌýand select the Forms tab.ÌýAll waivers must be submitted by January 23, 2026 for the spring semester only. Students who do not complete a waiver prior to the deadline will automatically be enrolled in and charged the student premium for the student medical insurance plan.

Looking for a job?

Academic year job opportunities are available on theÌýJob ListingsÌýpage.ÌýFor students who have secured an on-campus job for the first time, please be sureÌýto bring forms of identification (suchÌýas but not limited to, a valid/unexpired U.S. Passport, or a combination of a valid driver's license or Eagle ID cardÌýandÌýSocial Security card or birth certificate) inÌýoriginalÌýformats.ÌýNo pictures or photocopies will be accepted.ÌýA full list of acceptable documents for Form I-9 completion can be found on theÌý.ÌýInternational F-1 students will need to bring in their valid Foreign Passport along with their FormsÌýI-94 andÌýI-20 and Employment Authorization Letter from the Office of International Students and Scholars (OISS).

Purchase an MBTA pass for the spring semester.

Students may now purchase MBTA passes for the spring semester at a discount. The deadline to purchase passes at a discount is January 9, 2026.ÌýThese passes offer unlimited rides from February 1, 2026 to May 31, 2026. Visit theÌýMBTA Passes and Parking PermitsÌýpageÌýfor more information.

The priority filing date for the Undergraduate Financial Aid Application is March 1. The application and instructions will be coming soon.

Graduate and Law students, note the start of the 2026–2027 financial aid application process.

Graduate and Law students, the 2026–2027 FAFSA can be completed atÌý.

The 2026–2027 Ïã½¶Ðã Grad and Law Supplemental form and the 2026–2027 Grad Enrollment form will be available at the beginning of December on ourÌýwebsite:Ìýbc.edu/gradaid.

Federal regulations require that Title IV funds credited to your student account be applied only to cover allowable charges, unless Boston College obtains authorization to apply these funds to all other charges on your student account. Complete Direct Loan Entrance Counseling (if applicable).

Enroll in direct deposit for student account refunds (if applicable).
